"When my daughter graduated from college, I decided to down-size move closer to my office. This meant selling my home on the North Shore where I had lived almost my whole life and moving to the other side of Boston. I was ready for this next step; however I knew nothing about the area and didn’t know where or how to start. A co-worker recommended Rob Chestnut and everything just seemed to fall into place. Rob was always very professional and easy to talk with. He really listened to what I wanted and then made suggestions and recommendations. He took me only to properties that fit my criteria and even crossed some off my list because of his knowledge of the area. I truly felt that Rob was looking out for me, not just trying close a deal. Never did I feel the slightest bit pressured. When we found our new home, Rob was as excited for my daughter and me as we were. He helped me through the closing process and spent time ensuring I understood and was comfortable with all the documents. I can’t imagine going through the uncertainty and stress of relocating or buying a home without Rob. I would definitelly call him again and highly recommend him to everyone I know.
